座谈:

”独立空间的在地实践笔记 ”之一

上午艺术空间作为上海少数的独立空间，自2008年创立以来一直保持活跃并长期致力于组织学术性交流活动与实验的艺术排演。今年夏天，上午空间从自身特性延伸开一系列座谈活动，我们从身边的朋友出发，希望推动这些在各国各地生活，学习，工作，考察的朋友们能与上午空间一同分享各自在不同地域对在地独立空间的实践和讨论。

台北个性：替代空间的若干面貌
主讲人：陈玺安

台北的艺术有个性吗？透过时间线索的铺陈，专程从台北带来消息的讲者陈玺安将从他自己的替代空间实践讲起。座谈将会介绍几个替代空间的工作方式以及其展演呈现。透过在两者之间周旋，试着呈现各个空间实践者的内在逻辑以及与当地艺术系统的关系。而观众也会从这些空间所制作的展览中发现他们的个性，顺利的话，还会与你所认识的那些台湾艺术家有所呼应。

关于主讲人:

陈玺安近期常以谈话及写作的方式参与当代艺术。作为座谈主持人与讲者，他近期参与了于吉、刘鼎、胡介鸣、吴珏辉等南方艺术家的对谈。作为作家，他持续发展一系列虚构文集《不存在的展览》。其文章散见于艺术论坛中文网、燃点等处。

Personality: Alternative Spaces in Taipei

Does art in Taipei has its personality? Through paces on timeline and starting from his spacial practice, lecturer Zian Chen carries some cases all the way here. He will introduce several patterns in terms of their managing and exhibition making. Meddling in between, he will also presents the relation between each space practitioner’s inner logic in relation to local art system. Audiences will discover their distinguish personalities through the presented exhibitions. Should your thoughts might even echo with some Taiwanese artists you are acquainted with.

Speaker: Zian Chen

Recently engaging contemporary art through talks and writing. As moderator and panel speaker, he had participated conversations with Yu Ji, Liu Ding, Hu Jieming and Wu Juehui. As writer, he keeps working on a fictional critique Possible Exhibitions. His recent contribution can be seen in Leap, Artforum Chinese website and Randian Online.
