BANK荣幸推出林科在上海的首个画廊个展。从科幻剧汲取灵感，林科假定出了一个充满技术陷阱的世界——缺少技术便利的陷阱和技术便利本身所包含的陷阱。部分行为科学，部分民族志，和部分荒诞戏剧，林科为未来的考古学家呈现了一个关于现今人类在计算机前的行为研究案例。

BANK is proud to present Lin Ke's first solo show at the gallery and in Shanghai. Taking his inspiration from science fiction television Lin Ke postulates a world of technological traps，the trap of being without the convenience of technology and the trap within it. Part behavioral science, part ethnography, and part absurd theatre Lin ke presents a case study for future archeologists on the behavior of humans in the presence of their computers.

关于艺术家 / ABOUT THE ARTIST

林科（1984年出生于浙江温州），2008年毕业于中国美术学院新媒体系，目前工作生活于北京。

自2010年起，林科开始用电脑来构建其艺术工作室，并在此种“特殊”的创作天地中使用录屏的方式来记录自己的行为。他用基于影像和图片的创作在描述我们痴迷于荧屏的世界之上，为我们带来幽默与诗意，同时为其赢得了广泛认可与共鸣。2014年，他荣获OCAT-皮埃尔·于贝尔奖，2015年获得第九届AAC艺术中国年度青年艺术家大奖。他的作品曾展出于OCAT当代艺术中心上海馆，ZKM媒体艺术中心，卡尔斯鲁尔，东京当代艺术博物馆以及弗柯望博物馆（埃森，德国）等地。

Lin Ke (B. 1984 , Wenzhou, Zhejiang) graduated from the New Media Arts department of the China Academy of Fine Arts in 2008, currently lives and works in Beijing.

Since 2010 Lin Ke began to substitute the computer for his artistic studio and presented screen recordings as documentations of his own behavior in this special creative zone. Lin Ke brings us the quality of humour and poetry in our screen infatuated society through his video and photo-based works, which have won him worldwide recognition. He is the 2014 recpient of the OCAT - PIERRE HUBER ART PRIZE and the winner of the ninth AAC art of the Chinese Youth Artist Award. His work has been featured at OCAT Contemporary Art Terminal Shanghai, ZKM | Center for Art and Media, Karlsruhe, Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo, Tokyo, and at the Folkswang Museum, Germany.
