「此時此地」——兩地文化交流駐留計劃

當我們在討論兩地文化差異時，我們在討論甚麼？
「此時此地」是一個歷時167小時，發生在香港的兩地交流駐留計劃，以文化藝術為討論陣地，由內地藝術家與來自香港的藝術家和文化人共同介入到今天的文化、社會、政治圖景中，在地討論和交流當下兩地的社會文化，價值訴求以及日常生活經驗的異同，在深入的對話中相互激發、參照並分享彼此有價值的部份。計劃將由兩地藝術家通過研討會、藝術活動、文字創作、工作坊、實地考察等多種形式及延伸來構建這場對話。期間，駐留空間將開放給參與者進行活動，參與者將根據現場和周邊環境臨時性的實施藝術創作。此計劃的內地藝術家宋兮、楊欣嘉將結合他們近期的藝術實踐及思考來提出議題，在計劃期間以香港為背景實施新的藝術項目。
我們期望通過藝術深入了解兩地彼此認知中的差異和共同點，超越隔閡與誤讀，呈現當中的反思，重新認識和探討兩地的多重文化身份與關係，共同面對問題和建構未來，而當中的思考會一直持續進行，不限於此時此地。

What do we talk about when we talk about cultural differences between Hong Kong and China? 'Right here right now' is an artist-in-residence and exchange program that runs 167 hours in Hong Kong and is initiated by Hong Kong curator Janet Fong, inviting artists Songxi and Yang Xinjia from Beijing together with cross-disciplinary artists from Hong Kong to share and exchange their experience and perspectives, not solely from personal values to daily life, but also towards a broader scope into the community and society, with the purpose that leads to a greater understanding in the cultural differences that transcends the geographic boundaries.
A series of program including discussions, forums, tours, workshops and other extended activities will take place. Each participated artist will contribute and collaborate with each other of a purpose to foster cross-cultural understanding, as well as to identify and demonstrate aspirations with the cultural differences and similarities between Hong Kong and China.

关于办事处
办事处的创立源自我们对于空间的理解和艺术的态度。空间不仅是具备展示功能的白盒子，也不仅是物理意义的建筑形态。空间是事物的一种关系，是一种结构性的存在，即已经被确定下来的形态、机制、规则之间存在的缝隙，以及那些未被定义、确认的模糊状态。所以，空间是一种可能性。
办事处是一个不局限于艺术的固定实体展示、发生的机构，而是以借的方式在意识场域、规则边界、社会现场、不同功能的建筑体等地带展开工作的综合性空间。
办事处2014年成立于北京，由艺术家宋兮、杨欣嘉创办。
BANSHICHU (The Office) was created based on our understanding of space and attitude towards art.
Space is not only a white box with display function, neither an architectural physical form.
Space is a relationship between things, a structural existence, a gap between determinate forms, systems, and regulations, and also those undefined, uncertain states.
Therefore, a space is a possibility.
BANSHICHU (The office) is an entity which is not limited to objects displaying or occurrence of art, but a comprehensive space exists in fields of minds, edges of regulations, fields in the society, buildings of varies functions etc., in the form of borrowing.
