上海多伦现代美术馆-3月20日车旻映个展

时代性的潮流趋势让我们徘徊在展览场所欣赏她的作品。果断的截了半截的红色SAAB汽车;看似在下班时间,全身上下穿满了名牌服装,端坐在地铁座席的人们;过于华丽的人造仙人掌们;在暗房里的一个墙面上用投影机投射出满满的影像等等。转身走开之后,作品确又吸引着我们想再看一次,再次的通过作品上的镜头看里面另外的空间的时候,我们就会有一种被骗的想法,原来宁静的展览场里突然会变得喧哗,伴随着半期待、半好奇心的,像是被卷入日常生活中的一个骗局,随后开始逐个看起每个作品来。
初次看到半截的进口汽车作品《流动工作室》,感觉是一种想要往任何地方自由奔跑的一种冲动,但是缺少了引擎车的前半截。这样的外形,不知道会不会让车后面显示器中看到的穿梭无数隧道的影像看起来更加恳切。这种恳切感不停留在那里,而是延续到镜头里面的世界。看不出是刚搬家到这里,还是即将搬出去,没有整理好的房间里,散乱着少许日常用品,在床的后面,半开的门缝之中,会再次看到动态的隧道,门缝当中流露出隧道的影像,让观看者们的心情略显沉重。
作品中尤为突出的小镜头作品《一种通过自行车逃跑的方法》,车轮藏在黑色架子之上的旅行包的夹缝里。分不清观看者和被观者,凝视的过程当中,带着略微紧张的心情,观众年看到的镜头里面的空间是艺术家的工作室。油漆和道具,电动工具等道具齐全的工作室中,正在修理红色的自行车。刚刚换掉的轮胎里面,更是充满了随时可以出行的饱满的空气。一点一点渐渐看到的每一样东西,都流露出正在有周密的计划的出行。但是最后的一面墙上,通过窗口看到外面的世界是水中的鱼群游来游去。放在窗口前的椅子凝视着窗外。修理自行车的过程当中,不时地坐在椅子上,观望着那绚丽自由的窗外世界。
年幼的时候,我们遥望蓝色的海洋,想象当中水的颜色也是蓝色,是多么天真可爱的想法。好比看到从黄色灭火器喷出的黄色灭火粉末是黄色一样。满地喷出来的黄色粉末,多少有点童话色彩。
同样富有童话色彩的作品《望远镜》中,是结合着向理想的、想象的地方不停奔跑的狼的影像和声音。会让观看者们有种从童心出发去想象的冲动。透过镜头看到的里面的空间是从房顶略小的洞里,透进微弱光线的监狱。像看到目标,尽力奔跑的狼的样子,从破碎的监狱的一角,消失掉的囚犯的行踪,是不能轻易下定论的想象的空间。
从木门上的镜头看到的是前后左右四个方向的十字路口,站立着脚步静止的人。作品《不眠症》是通过趴在桌子上入睡的年轻人的轮廓,来自然的吸引观者们的眼球。坐在椅子上,通过三棱镜看到的镜头里的世界是无数的台阶和光盘的空间。现代生活当中,即是工作中必不可少的,又是娱乐中必不可少的这样一个光盘,富有双重内涵的题材,来反映他单一的存在感。从无法逃脱的迷宫般的生活中,通过旅行包里的空间、通过搬运用板车上,落得高高的红色的箱子里刚刚完成手术的病房的空间。
车旻映的作品虽然没有绚丽的视觉效果,可是有一种好奇心吸引观看者们。把观看者的视线带到作品里面,渐渐的融入到作者的“隐藏的美学”之中。通过每个作品富有的双重装置,来反映存在和虚像的矛盾。在此过程中,观看者们通过她营造出来的在空间中消失的人们,来发现现实中的我们,更进一步来面对自我。因为她的作品没有向观众们敞开展示,所以更是吸引观看者的眼球,更让我们心动。观看者们为了看到层层隐蔽的空间,必须发现被隐藏着的通道。通过每个作品中的镜头看到的里面另外一个空间里,更有脱离现实的崭新的世界——精致的微型物和梦幻般的影像。是我们渴望摆脱反复无常的日常生活的一个渴望。等待何时出现更为完美的救主的恳切地期望??

You get to look around the exhibition hall as wanders thinking this must be something to do with the general trend of the time. Red Saab (car) that was boldly chopped in half, glittering artificial cactus that might be somewhat as awkward as the look of a person who has to take subway to home while wrapping themselves in luxurious items from head to toe, projector that shoots out the image that fills the whole one side of dark room and so on, it feels less boring from presence of big-sized items. On the way out, something holds your step back because of undistinguishable dissatisfaction and you think to look one more time as if you are being generous. When you find attached small lens and discover whole world through the hole, suddenly you feel shock from the thoughts of being deceived. Not feeling the quietness you’ve been feeling anymore, the exhibition hall suddenly comes to live and you change your mind in half expectation and half curiosity to look over the arts one by one as feeling you’ve been deceived.

The imported half chopped car that you first thought daring seems wanting to take off to somewhere but it doesn’t have the front half that engine sits.   Many tunnels inside of monitor screen through the back glass of the car are maybe making the appearance more desperate. The desperate, however, doesn’t stop there but continues to the world inside the lens. There is disorganized room with uncertainty of people moving in or moving out. A few of living items are scattered and tunnel is moving again behind the half opened door behind of bed although somehow the tunnel behind door doesn’t feel pleasant.

The art’s emphasized small lens is located in the middle of travel suitcase on a rug and on the stand. Finding tensed feeling from the suitcase watching us directly and getting misconception of who is looking at whom, you find artist work studio inside the suitcase. Inside the work studio which has painting tools, electrical tools, and etc, the repair of red bicycle is in stage. Diligently changed to new bicycle tire and new tire seem to have enough air to take off. When you follow through each item from front, there is no doubt that the person is preparing to leave without hesitance.
However, the world behind of window in back is in water as fish swims around. A chair in front of the window is looking at the direction of the window. A person often would have sit at the chair while fixing the bicycle. Looking at the world he can not go out to….

Yellow powder has been spread on the ground that makes us to believe, it would have come out from yellow fire extinguisher as if wanting to show the belief once we all had as younger person imagining the color of water must be blue since the ocean is blue.
Painted as somewhat in fairy tale and there is endless tunnel with light shining at the end of the road inside the fire distinguisher.

that has another fairy tale elements in the art by showing the image of cartoon wolf dashing to somewhere unknown and even playing suitable music drag us to think that innocence is hidden somewhere in art till you find that the inside of lens is a jail room with small light shinning through the crack of ceiling. As if running toward unreachable target of dashing wolf, we can not easily draw conclusion on whereabouts of disappeared inmate by tearing down one side of wall.

As awkward as the name of title, pink paradise, inside artificial cactus there is dirty restroom barely manages to circulate air... Inside the lens of wooden door, there is a person who stopped at open road where can lead to front, sides, and all other directions.

While looking at the image of man sleeping on desk naturally allows you to sit at chair and look into the world of many stairs and CDs moving inside the art .  
The artist again enlightens by choosing CD as method to show the dual side can co-exist in one such as modern business tool and relaxation tool can co-exist in one media call CD.

The arts of Cha, Min-Young are not having the dazzling visual effects but amplifying the curiosity. The curiosity entices spectators into the arts and slowly indulges them to get into artist’s ‘hidden aesthetic’. In each art, artist stages two eq
