汽油持续涨价，而且只涨不跌，央视有记者采访了其中的一个人，问那人的看法，被采访的人说：“我可以骂人吗？”在我们这里，个体与社会的命运总是发生共振、通联、协奏或对抗。在“1%所有、1%治理、1%享用”的经义里，当每次都得到“无效、无效、无效”的负反馈时，大家的厌恶是可想而知的，它折射出社会中方方面面的匮乏与缺失，普遍的焦虑与疼痛。被采访的人的这句假装绅士的“前暴力语言”充满了魅力。作品虽然和这句话一起“在场”，但带出了要表达的其它的一些方方面面的事情——作为艺术家感兴趣的可以工作的部分。

Alors que le prix de l'essence augmente sans le moindre signe de ralentissement, un journaliste de CCTV interroge un citoyen sur ses opinions personnelles. Celui-ci répond : Puis-je injurier quelqu'un ?

A notre époque, le sort de l'individu et de la société sont toujours en résonance, en interaction, en phase ou en opposition. Dans un système où "1% possède, 1% décide et 1% consomme", nous sommes confrontés sans cesse à des feed-back négatifs : "impossible, impossible, impossible". La rage du peuple est réelle et profonde. Elle reflète les lacunes de cette société, avec son angoisse généralisée et sa douleur. La courtoisie de cette déclaration "avant la colère" a un certain charme.

L'artiste a senti l'énergie de la pensée du peuple, et son travail se présente avec la "langue pré-violente" de cette déclaration. Mais il la recentre sur ses problématiques personnelles. Ce n'est plus un fait divers ni un événement médiatique, et cela fait apparaître quelque chose de propre à l'artiste : ce qui l'intéresse c'est qu'il peut considérer la vérité du texte comme un processus continu d'interprétation collective.
