印度首个双年展“科钦-穆吉里斯双年展”已开幕
印度的首个双年展， 科钦-穆吉里斯双年展( Kochi-Muziris Biennale）于2012年12月12日在印度西南海岸喀拉拉邦的港口城市科钦及毗邻的穆吉里斯两地开幕了。
这是一个大型国际当代艺术盛会，也是印度的首个双年展，是艺术家、政府、私人艺术赞助以及国际文化组织之间合作的结果。
双年展上有来自印度艺术家的艺术作品，还有国际艺术家的作品，如澳大利亚、阿富汗、阿拉伯、韩国、阿根廷、荷兰、英国，还有一些新的委任艺术作品。展出的艺术形式包括了电影、装置、绘画、雕塑、新媒体以及表演艺术等。
这个印度的首个双年展还将提供丰富的讨论项目、研讨会、音乐会、工场活动以及学生教育活动等。
2012科钦-穆吉里斯双年展( Kochi-Muziris Biennale）将于明年三月份结束。
