《请送我一件“垃圾”》艺术计划
《请送我一件“垃圾”》是一次全民参与的全球性艺术活动。参与者不受国籍、种族、性别、年龄、职业等一切限制。
众所周知，无论什么年代，每个人一生都在不断地丢掉“垃圾”，但现代科技的迅速发展导致的物质极大丰富使我们步入了一个过度消费性的社会，同时也极大地拓展了“垃圾”这个词的内容。
“垃圾”的涵义是广泛的，可以是生活垃圾（比如一个饮料瓶或者一件废弃的家具），可以是工作垃圾（视不同职业而定），可以是精神垃圾（比如一本书、一段视频、一条短信息或者一条新闻），也可以是情感垃圾等等等等。
您应该有一些“垃圾”并且打算或希望将其丢掉，如不吝惜，那么请在其中选择一件并在上面用适当的笔签上您的名字和日期（年-月-日），赠送给我。此外，请在包裹中附上您的真实姓名、性别、年龄、国籍、具体工作、现居住地和对该“垃圾”不超过140字的简述。届时，我会将收到的“垃圾”以艺术品的展示方式在画廊、美术馆等展览场所集体展示。

THE ART PROJECT: PLEASE GIVE ME A PIECE OF GARBAGE
PLEASE GIVE ME A PIECE OF GARBAGE is an ongoing worldwide art project. Prospective participants are not limited to nationality, sex, age, occupation or any other factors.
At any time people keeps throwing away garbage everyday throughout all their life, the phenomena is particularly severe nowadays in an over-consuming society which resulted from the rapid development of modern science and technology and the overwhelmingly wealth blooming. Under this context, the deep meaning of garbage has been extended greatly.
The connotation of garbage can be very broad, it could be daily trash (a beverage bottle, a piece of disused furniture), industrial-waste, spiritual trash (a book, a video, a text message or a piece of news), or even emotional garbage, etc.
You may have some trash that need to be getting rid of, if possible, please choose one of them with your signature and the date (D/M/Y) on it and mail it to me, with a piece of paper listing your real name, sex, age, nationality, occupation, address, and a simple description of the garbage (no more than 250 words) on it. All the received garbage will be exhibited in galleries or museums as artwork.
Furthermore, you may be invited to the exhibition if you are willing to tell me your contact information (phone number / e-mail).
I am eagerly expecting your participation, and please tell people around you about this project. Thank you very much!

耿建翌个展
展览时间：2004年10月30日-11月5日上午11：00-下午17：30
展览地点：比翼艺术中心
耿建翌到上海，用三天时间收集了近500件大小物品，包括家具，玩具，厨房设备，床上用品，衣物鞋帽等等， 都是他在上海认识的人捐赠的用过后的废弃物品。每件物品有一张卡片，填写了该物品的历史以及和主人的关系。耿建翌根据这些物品虚设了四个功能区，安排进所有物品，使之成为一个整体。他说那些物品经过他的手才真正彻底没用了。
