下载申请表格，并按要求填写；作品为PAL格式，拷贝两张DVD; 一个简短的个人简历和个人所制作过的电影的目录（意大利文或英文）；一份递送的电影作品的简短介绍；JPEG格式的电影中的图片，刻成CD盘（至少4张图片）；一个详细的电影中的音乐目录，包括作者和题目。

此项目与A.I.A.F和画廊San Fedele合作，他们为年轻电影导演和艺术家们（Video作品）设置了一系列奖项：如：最佳电影，最佳电影设计，在建筑上方面的最佳电影，在艺术方面的最佳电影，最佳影像艺术和电脑艺术电影，最佳声音奖等。
