简介：
Filmgruppe Chaos (Chaos Film Group)是德国最老的独立电影团体之一。他们2006年就开创闪电电影节，为向中国观众展示德国的短片电影文化。

今天电影节的概念是重温德国电影业的开始。电影节在”Jahrmarkt“一个传统的食品市场和露天游乐场上演，因为早期的电影正是在有马戏表演的地方拍摄的。

闪电电影节2010将在传统古老的游乐场文化主题下展开，其中包括Konrad Stoeckel一个著名的魔术幻术师喜剧家的表演。

今年的电影节目是当今德国电影业多种形式并且风格迥异的短片展示。商业电影和从电影学校诞生的电影更容易被看到。而独立和地下电影是这个项目的主要部分，反映一些边缘文化对主流电影制作的影响。艺术家和导演的相互感染，对新的艺术表达手法和形式的探索，对社会问题的指出和纯粹的娱乐性都是当今电影业中的重要部分，这些能从本次的电影中找到。闪电电影节2010会提供给观众背景资料信息，并带来新鲜的德国电影体验，其中包括虚构电影、音乐录音带、纪录片、实验电影和动画。

Blitzfilm 2010

Filmgruppe Chaos (Chaos Film Group) is one of the oldest independent filmcollectives in Germany. In 2006 they started the first BLITZFILM Festival to present German shortfilmculture in China.

It is part of this years concept to remind of the beginning of German cinema. It was presented on the „Jahrmarkt“ (funfair) a traditional market for food and entertaiment. The early films were screened where circus people did their shows.

Blitzfilm 2010 filmshows are presented in the tradition of the old funfair culture with performances of Konrad Stoeckel, a famous magician, illusionist and entertainer.

This years program contains a wide and wild mix of filmstyles of German filmmaking today. Commercial filmproduction can be seen as well as the latest products from filmschools. Independent- and undergroundfilm is part of the program to prove the influence of off-culture on mainstream filmmaking. Interaction of artists and filmmakers, the search for new styles and forms of artistic expression, naming problems in society and pure entertainment are important in todays filmmaking and all this can be found in this program. Blitzfilm 2010 gives backgroundinformation and brings you the experience of fresh German fictionfilms, music videos, documentaries, experimental- and animationsfilms
