----- Gabriel orozco

Gabriel Orozco heads for New York after Tate Modern
Gabriel Orozco is planning a new show at The Marian Goodman Gallery in New York later this year, with an exhibition that will include new works around boomerangs.
He said: “I like circles and boomerangs, and that's the way I work. It's always very cyclical." The Mexican artist's latest show opens at the Tate Modern on 19th January and on Wednesday night, he will be in conversation with Jessica Morgan, curator of the exhibition.
In his Tate exhibition, one piece, ‘Carambole with a Pendulum’ is an oval-shaped billiard table with no pockets, but most unusual of all is that the red ball is suspended (like a pendulum) from the ceiling on a thin line. ?(telegraph.co.uk)
