《时间只是经过——庚寅 夏》南方个展将于2010年8月8日在上海的7艺术中心举行，此次展览将是南方近年来作品的整体展示，展览涵盖了他作品的不同时期、不同形式的作品：包括油画、版画、纸本水墨及雕塑等一系列创作。

南方的绘画，既有恍如初入人世的纯真，又有因生活的饱满情感而引发的种种思绪，既毫不掩饰地享受生命给予的所有快乐，也对不期而遇的一切发出盘根究底的诘问，画面上充满了隐喻和象征，男人和男孩的感觉交织着，不张不抑，自然流露。深入地看，其中呈现出的是这代人拥有的丰富情感，以及不受现有社会及文化的规则所羁绊，只为自己心灵而悸动的真实感和独立性!




‘’Fleeting 2010 Summer ‘‘ Nan Fang Solo Exhibition’’ Opening will be held at 3pm 8th August in Tangram Art Center Shanghai. The exhibition will present Nan Fang‘s artworks in recent years. This solo show covers his works in different period and forms of work which including paintings, printmaking, ink on paper and sculpture.

Nan Fang‘s artworks contain a sense of simplicity on the thoughts and emotions induced by fullness of life.
His works are full of metaphor and symbolism, men and boys’ feelings, Depth of view, which shows that generation has a rich emotion, and not subject to existing rules of social and cultural fetters only for their real, and the throbbing heart and independence!
