出色的中英文交流能力，能胜任日常双语工作。
软技能
1. 从事艺术领域工作的热情
热爱当代艺术行业，有活力，不一定必须具有艺术相关教育背景，但要有投身艺术领域的热情。
2．解决实际问题的能力
空间助理每天都有可能面对不同事务，需要一定的耐心，易于沟通，能够对手上的工作认真负责，并具有解决实际问题的能力。
3．职业态度与学习能力
我们希望我们的助理能在与艺术家、访客、同事以及媒体的沟通交流过程中，保持专业态度。另外，无论我们的助理具有怎样的工作经验，都应该是一个愿意在工作中学习，不断进步的年轻人。
待遇：2500-3000/月

Magician Space, located in 798, is now recruiting an Assistant to Manager. A promising candidate would be an idividual who possesses the following skills.
Languge Skills
Excellent communicative/interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese.
Our assistant should be someone who will act as a respectful bilingual communicator and be presentable in international settings.
Soft Skills
1. Motivation for working in art industry
We want to see motivation in our assistant. He/she doesn’t not necessarily have to come from an art-related academic background, but should definitely see himself/herself working in art industry with passion or a professional attitude.
2. Problem solving skills
As an assistant is confronted with various practical problems on a daily basis, we look for the sort of person who has not only the intellectual aptitude but also the pragmatism to be responsible for the jobs.
3. Professional attitude and Curiosity
We would like our assistant to be professional when dealing with artists, clients, colleagues, press, etc. Our assistand, however experience he/she is, should be an avid learner who is willing to learn on the job.
