“打开”国际行为艺术节是由中国艺术家陈进在2000年发起并举办的。它是中国第一个非官方的国际行为艺术节。提供艺术交流，来往，互动，艺术研究等等以促进行为艺术的前进是我们的目标。迄今为止，自2000年以来，我们已经成功的举办了六届艺术节，分别在北京，成都，西安，长春等地。我们希望通过这样的一个平台，世界各地的艺术家能够在这里对艺术有一个良好的交流和发展。
OPEN International Performance Art Festival was found in 2000, by Chinese artist Chen Jin, which is the first performance art festival in China. It is a non-government, international festival. The purpose of the festival is performance art exchanging, intercommunion, art research, so that to make progress of performance art. The festival had been held for 6 years, in many city of China, Such as Beijing, Chengdu, Xi'an, Changchun etc. We would like to make such a stage, various artists from all over the world could have a good exchange here.
