纽约的独立艺术机构Whitebox(白盒子)这次给葡萄牙艺术家办的这个名为Stream(流淌)的群展打算定要让纽约的观众们吃个惊。Whitebox想让这个展览的观众们能重新思考、重新理解全球文化生产和信息技术。
Stream是一个基于媒体技术的展览，它需要一个公共艺术空间将艺术以一对一的时间介入方式呈现，它们需要在观众不停流动的基础上观看—这跟剧院和音乐会可不一样。Stream的呈现方式让它像是无规则的潮涨潮落，它淹没了自己周围的边界，不停地重新定义这种边界。
所有作品都是基于时间的，它们向着不同的方向行进，从艺术家的工作室流淌到公共空间：这是些迷恋数字技术的作品，它们使用视频和音频作为叙述方式，展现出“技术”本身固有的表述能力。
