聚画空间以学术性、实验性、前卫性为主旨，将专注于策划国内和国际的前卫当代艺术作品，并开展国际艺术家驻留计划，为那些有潜力的青年艺术家提供优质的展示平台，从而极力推动中国当代艺术的发展进程。“我要呼吸”表现了矿工工人患了吸肺病而没有办法医治这样一个过程，呈现了社会底层生存状态，以及民工保障机制遇到的一些问题。

　　 With the main theme of being academic, experimental and forward, Juhua Space will focus on planning of the modern forward art works both at home and broad, and carrying out the station plan for the international artists while providing the potential young artists with a quality display platform, thus sparing no effort to promote the developmental course of the modern art in China. Titled “I Want to Breathe”, the exhibition will show us the every development in the incident that the miner laborers powerlessly failed to receiver the treatment for the deadly lung disease, not only truly revealing their livelihood staying at the lowest stratum of the social ladder, but also telling us the obstacles obstructing the implementation of the safety security mechanism for the farmer workers.
