"Artists Wanted: A Year In Review 2010" 是一个国际性、媒体不限的艺术比赛。目标为介绍前一年的新出来的艺术家。

申请时间期限为：2011年1月28日，星期五 23:59

三月初的时候，纽约会邀请从全时间各个地方来的艺术家、画廊家、评论家和策展人。得奖的艺术家会参加SCOPE，一个国际当代艺术活动。

1. 参加条件：

18岁以上的全世界艺术家都可以参加。
媒体不限：雕塑、装置、绘画、摄影、设计、平面设计、电影、录像、动画、行为、声音等等。概念作品也受欢迎。

2. 怎么申请

我们只受我们的网上手续。所有的申请者会收到一个网上介绍作品文件。文件手续可以随时改。

申请费用为：10美元／每张图
79美元／8图片以上（15页最多）。

费用付好了之后，申请者会收到一个邮件跟用户名和密码，以及一个链接到文件的链接。

申请必须在2011年1月28日之前完毕。

3. 奖金

第一大奖
* 参与2011年，纽约SCOPE活动。
* $10,000 奖金，包括 $5,000 新作品制作费，以及 $5,000 可以随便花
* 到纽约的机票和旅馆费
* 纽约媒体里的作品推广
* 一个网推广作品的录像
* 明星待遇在SCOPE活动

人民选择奖:
* $2,000 奖金
* 网上推广

Artists Wanted : A Year In Review 2010 is an international, all-medium-encompassing open call for art. Our mission is to present a range of technique, style and narrative that captures the best emerging artists of the previous year. We believe that great talent deserves endless attention and we will do all that we can to present your work to the world.

Your Entry Deadline is Friday January 28, 2011 11:59pm EST

During the first week of March, New York City will host artists, galleries, critics and curators from all over the world. Let this be your opportunity to shine in the spotlight of a feature booth at SCOPE, the premier showcase for international emerging contemporary art and one of the most influential presences in the expanding global art market.

1. Who is Eligible to Enter:

Artists Wanted : A Year in Review is open to all artists from around the world who are over the age of 18. We are looking for all types of innovate work including: Sculpture, Installation, Painting, Drawing, Photography, Design, Illustration, Film, Video, Animation, Performance, and Sound and more! Conceptual proposals are also welcome.


2. How to Submit Work

We only accept online entries submitted through our online submission form. All applicants will receive a gorgeous online portfolio and will be eligible for the People’s Choice Award (judged entirely online and does not affect the selection of the Grand Prize winner). Portfolios are fully editable (you can change/add images and modify your bio) until the final deadline.

Price for entry is $10 per image, you can submit 8 or more images for a flat rate of $79 (maximum of 15 images).

After completing payment, you will be sent a confirmation email with your username, password, and direct link to your portfolio, which you will be able to start using immediately.

Entries must be submitted before January 28, 2011. Late entries must be submitted no later than February 4, 2011 and may be subject to a late entry fee.

3. The Awards

The Grand Prize Package:
* A feature spot at SCOPE New York 2011, next to the top figures in the global art scene
* $10,000 cash grant, includes $5,000 to create new work and $5,000 to spend however you want
* Hotel accommodations and airfare to and from New York City for the event
* A publicity campaign in New York City promoting you and your work
* An online video feature garnering lasting exposure for your work (for an example click here)
* Art-star treatment at the official SCOPE After-Party produced by Artists Wanted

The People's Choice Award:
* $2,000 cash grant
* An online feature bringing international exposure

The Category Awards:

$1,000 and Internationally Broadcasted Online Features by Artists Wanted will be awarded to one winner in each of the following categories:
* Fine Art (Painting, Drawing, Sculpture & Installation)
* Motion & Sound (Film, Video, Performance & Sound)
* Design & Illustration
* Photography

The Art of Elysium Award:
* $10,000 donation made to The Art of Elysium on the winner’s behalf
* An online feature bringing international exposure

4. Judging:

One potential Grand Prize winner will be selected by our panel of judges. Selection is based on a rating system that considers uniqueness, skill and ambition. The artists whose entry receives the highest score, as determined by Artists Wanted, will be the Grand Prize winner.

One winner will also be determined in each of our four categories: Fine Art, Film & Video, Design & Illustration, Photography. The Art of Elysium will be selecting one recipient for The Art of Elysium Award, which is not category-specific.

The public will cast their vote and the highest rated portfolio will receive the People’s Choice Award.

5. Use of Entry:

Artists Wanted has no intention of re-selling reproductions of images of your work, or using them for any commercial means outside the terms of the contest and art fair.
