你会说流利的英语和汉语吗？你对艺术和摄影有浓厚的兴趣吗？你希望对北京最具生机的草场地艺术机构有更多了解吗？你希望在幕后参与各种充满活力的文化活动吗？
草场地摄影季寻求热心的志愿者，具备以下技能：
· 应邀嘉宾接待
我们寻找与国外应邀参加此次摄影季的嘉宾（摄影家、策展人、批评家）一同工作的志愿者：
- 在整个摄影季期间为嘉宾提供引导
- 协助嘉宾完成摄影季当中的工作，最重要的是提供翻译支持
· 专家见面会
我们寻找4月19日-20日能够在现场帮助确保专家见面会各流程顺利实施的志愿者：
- 迎接参加见面会的摄影师，确保参加者准时到场并按照事先安排就位
- 协调安排和补充茶点（如矿泉水等）
- 引导摄影家、点评专家和宾客到达指定位置
- 协助空间的搭建和拆除（如有需要）
· 晚间活动：欧洲之夜&年度之夜
我们寻找具有出色技术才能的志愿者，帮助为来自阿尔勒的活动安装录像和音响设备
· 开幕周
我们寻找愿意担任讲解员，在整个开幕周内带领参观者参观整个摄影季的志愿者（4月17日至4月22日）
- 草场地艺术机构和画廊区域导游，引导参观者前往不同的现场以及与摄影季有关的活动
-分发地图和其他材料
-为游客提供简短的摄影季整体介绍、相关活动、艺术家以及展览（理想人员是艺术院校学习美术、艺术管理或策展的学生）

Caochangdi PhotoSpring needs your help!
Do you speak English and Chinese? Are you passionate about art and photography? Do you want to learn more about the vibrant Beijing art district Caochangdi? Do you want "backstage" access to a variety of dynamic cultural events?
Caochangdi PhotoSpring, this first time major international photography event in Beijing, is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to assist in the following capacities:
·VIP Guest Hospitality
We are seeking volunteers to work with VIP guests (photographers, critics and curators) coming from abroad for the festival. Volunteers will:
-offer guidance for VIPs throughout the festival and greater Caochangdi
-assist VIPs with completing his/her tasks at the festival, most importantly offering support with translation
·Photofolio Review
We are seeking volunteers to be on site April 19th-20th to help ensure that the portfolio review process runs smoothly. Volunteers will:
-greet aspiring photographers and assure that they make it to their designated appointments in a timely fashion
-coordinate arranging and restocking refreshments (water, etc.)
-directing photographers, reviewers, and guests to the appropriate locations
-assist with general set up and dismantling of the space (if needed)
·Night Events : European Night & Night of the Year
We are seeking volunteers with excellent technical skills to help set up the video and sound equipment for these exciting events from Arles
·Launch Week
We are seeking volunteers who would like to act as docents and lead visitors around the festival throughout opening week (April 17th-22nd). Volunteers will:
-Give guided tours of the district and direct visitors to the various sites and activities associated with Caochangdi PhotoSpring
-Distribute maps and other informational materials
-Offer visitors a brief introduction to the festival as a whole, the related events, artists, and exhibitions (ideal candidates are involved in the arts in some way, i.e. students at art schools, fine art academies, programs in art management or curatorial studies)
Of course, those willing to help in other capacities are encouraged to contact us for further information.
