Therapeutic Abortion Exhibition
In Nicaragua (Central America) aprox. 100 women have died because of the prohibition of Therapeutic Abortion since 2007. The prohibition of Therapeutic Abortion was made as a political strategy to make a deal with the Catholic Church during the Presidencial Elections.
This show tries to be an alert for these kind of political strategies.
Digital works (images, sound, video or texts) that can be send by email to Nicaragua will be part of the exhibition.

100 mujeres han muerto a causa de la elimninacion
del aborto terapeutico.
La exposicion 100
organizada por estrago
y unicamente estrago
intenta ser un grito de alerta
y a la vez de condena ante estas politicas aberradas.
En el campo CC aparece la lista de artistas invitados.
Hasta el momento han confirmado
Patricia Belli, David Ocon, Tere Codina, Ernesto Salmeron, Milena Garcia, Raul Quintanilla y Denis Nunez.
Como lo he hablado con algunas y algunos de ustedes
lo ideal seria que la obra gire en torno a la cuestion
sinembargo es importante la participacion
asi que si es imposible trabajar algo especifico
se podra participar con otra obra.
La muestra se llevara a cabo el viernes 28 de Marzo
en algun lugar de Nicaragua
(lo mas probablemente en Managua)
a la recherche du temps perdu
pues
