本次群展选取了一系列出自艺术家的解读: 反讽与狂欢难辨的 “24小时绘画大奖赛”及难以完全套用的表演模式;恨于少年气力盈盛之时，“操蛋”的学院教育抑制了对丰富无限的造型语言的想像; 冷漠涂绘的单纯对象难以逃脱的当代艺术景观身份诉说着与个人创作语言那被归类境遇的同病相怜；休憩在传统稳定的语言系统中，去实现完成一尊温润佛雕的素来意向，用自然的敬畏去克服戏虐的思维惯性；自恋以及多角色互文类似在家乡热土的潇洒抓拍；挑战模糊媒介定位照应从“看山非山”到“看山又是山”的新媒体艺术家的责任心态;电烙铁划过静物照片的笔触引发对既定艺术史的浪漫猜测……这些被名状的表述组织了平日萦绕艺术家心中的问题碎片，是抽象而暧昧因素的含混，也是对包覆表皮的自我行为价值的态度体验，即“情感”。
9位有着独特创作面貌的艺术家（包括小组）籍由＂对各自艺术生时期语言技能的情感＂为创作命题，带来沾染独自手段的情感物形。将这个通常寄联系与文学类范畴的对象转换为观察现实世界的中间介质，向观者传递更真切的心理活动组织者。最终攒成了一个盛着"艺用情感"，洋溢着非常规气氛的现场。

2012年6月双飞艺术中心在上海嘉善路某据点举办了一场24小时绘画大奖赛，其中的一些时段提供了免费的裸体模特绘画课、裸体静物描摹、脸部绘画比赛等项目，观众不亦乐乎地体验到老百姓也能玩艺术的乐趣。而双飞更是将这次大奖赛的获奖作品提交到了外国各大顶级艺术机构，凭借双飞的影响力为获奖选手以及作品提供更大更闪亮的平台。所以此次在上海本土的展出，是一次小型的演练。
