“同时代画廊”上海开幕展将呈现三位纤维艺术家作品(志村英美，聂开伟，田辺早苗)。同时代画廊是来自日本京都的当代艺术画廊没，我们展览的作品重視“同时代性”不问作者的活动经历，表现种类，技术及年龄。
DOHJIDAI GALLERY of ART represents three fiber artists ( Hidemi Shimura, Nie Kaiwei, Sanae Tanabe ) as our opening exhibition. DOHJIDAI GALLERY of ART is a contemporary art gallery from Kyoto, Japan. We focus on the artworks with “Zeitgeist”. We do not care about artist’s experience, genre, technique and gender; but we aim to exhibit artworks with “Zeitgeist”.

志村英美
生于日本静冈， 毕业武藏野美术大学造型系服装设计专业。
最初她做作品是用原not;始的素材和工艺，然而为寻求更简单直接的方式表达作品观念，后来采用动画¬片。为学会三维设计技术，1998-2004 年在东京搞三维设计动画制作，后来开始步入当代艺术领域。作品曾在东京、巴黎、上海及多座城市展览，她正逐步走向世界。
从2007年起她开始常驻上海这座她最喜爱的城市，目前在上海生活和创作。

田辺早苗　
来自日本京都。在京都精华大学学习型纸友禅染技术。
为了在型纸的图案上看清楚刻绘部分与不刻部分，画过大量画黑白草稿，并对白与黑，光与影，光与色彩感兴趣。本科毕业后去东京，在文化服装学院学服装设计和并做毛线设计师助手等，开始正式创作。2006年夏天，为寻求激情而到中国北京，现在在上海创作，作品曾经在日本京都、东京、中国北京、上海展示。今后在这4个都市也有展览计划。

聂开伟
1981年出生，中国博物馆协会会员，设计艺术学硕士。
现就职于中国苏州丝绸博物馆，兼任江苏省苏州市海外交流协会文化艺术中心副主任。


Hidemi Shimura
Born in Japan.
Graduated from Musashino Art Univ. majored in fashion design in Tokyo.
Originally her artworks were made by very primitive material and technique. But she sought the way to express her concept of works simply, then think of using animation. To get the technique of making animation, she worked as a 3DCG creator for some years. And also continued making artworks in analogue way. Then she started her real activity as a contemporary artist.
Through the exhibition in Japan, Paris, Shanghai and other cities, now she is spreading her activity to the world gradually. In 2007, she started living in Shanghai which is her favorite city since before, now she does activities as an artist there.


Sanae Tanabe

Born in Kyoto Japan. Graduated from Kyoto Seika University majored in Japanese traditional pattern dying (Yuzen-zome). She found out the contrast of Cut part and un-cut part in pattern, black and white part in draft, light and shadow, light and color.
After she graduated, she moved to Tokyo, she studied fashion design at Bunka Fashion College, and worked as an assistant of a knitting artist. After that, she started her own activity as an artist. In summer 2006, she moved to Beijing to get more inspiration. she lives in Shanghai and she does her activity as an artist. She exhibited her artworks in Kyoto, Tokyo, Beijing and Shanghai. She plans to continue doing her activity in these four cities.


Nie kaiwei

Male, born in 1981, member of Chinese Museum Association, Master of Design Arts.
Now working in Suzhou Silk Museum of China, doubling deputy director of cultural arts center of Suzhou Overseas Exchange Association of Jiangsu province.
