讲座简介：

Simon Lamunière是第十一届瑞士雕塑展“Utopics”（贝尔，2009年）以及日内瓦公共艺术项目“Neons”的策展人。在此次讲座中，结合其与公共空间相关的经验，Simon将侧重探讨艺术的规模及其可见性的问题。公共空间广阔而又复杂，各种层面的不同认知交织其中。空间的微不足道的真实性更是在数字科技的影响下被扩张，此时此地的密切关联被异地化的信息所取代，全球化与本土化之间的冲突持续不断，从而改变了人们对艺术作品规模的认知和对艺术作品的理解方法。对于艺术家和策展人而言，这种新的语境意味着允许他们实施更多的干扰和渗透。



主讲人简介：

Simon Lamunière (生于1961年, 日内瓦)从2000年起担任巴塞尔艺术博览会中享有盛誉的 “艺术无限”项目策展人。1996到2003年期间，他担任日内瓦“Centre pour l'Image Contemporaine”艺术中心策展人，并策划了前五届“Version”双年展。在1997年，他担任第十届卡塞尔文献展网站的策划人，并且是2000年卢森堡当代艺术馆（MUDAM）网站策划人之一。

同时Simon Lamunière在推动新艺术项目方面成就斐然，这些艺术项目扩展了人们对当代艺术及其传播性的认识。他在公共空间和建筑方面也有所建树，策划了第十一届瑞士雕塑展“Utopics”，以及2007到2009年间在日内瓦Plainpalais举办的Neons项目。






“视角”学术讲座系列

“视角”学术讲座系列是伊比利亚当代艺术中心、《艺术与投资》与《当代艺术与投资》杂志从2010年3月开始正式启动的学术讲座和对话系列，定期邀请活跃于艺术、文化和思想界前沿的国内和国际的艺术家、策展人、批评家、作家、导演、建筑师、学者、理论家和哲学家举办讲座，从他们的专业、研究领域和所关注的问题出发，发表主题演讲或者进行对话。

“视角”取自西方哲学理论中的“视角主义”，对这一理论一般有两种解释：一种认为，主体的知识不可避免地是片面的，它受到个体据以进行观察的视角的限制；另一种认为，视角主义是相对主义的一种形式，认为只有存在着对某种类型的创造物或某一社会而言的真理，而没有真理本身这类东西，视角主义关注（有局限的）意识、（不公正的）价值判断、关注现实生活的种种问题，它是创造性的、批判性的。两种解释本质上并不矛盾，只是消极与积极之分。显然，在尼采“上帝已死”的宣判之后，每个个体都应该积极而勇敢地担当起对这个世界的探索和解释。

在此出发点上，“视角”学术系列讲座希冀通过汇集多方面有严肃性的学术态度、立场和深度的演讲、讨论、观念和声音，培养和塑造一个有批判性态度的观众群体。作为一个重要的公共平台，艺术中心和杂志通过共同举办这些高质量的学术讲座和论坛担负和实践着持续的文化生产和传播的责任。

伊比利亚当代艺术中心

伊比利亚当代艺术中心是西班牙国际文化艺术基金会首次在中国设立的以当代艺术展示、研究、教育、出版和收藏等为主要功能的复合型学术机构。中心在参与中国当代艺术生产与建构的同时，致力于在全球范围内推广及交流中国当代艺术和文化，并积极推介突出的国际艺术家和艺术项目。特别值得一提的是，鉴于独立影像、尤其是纪录片，已成为当代艺术领域最有力量和活力的部分之一，艺术中心特别设立了影像档案馆，以此为平台，致力于中国独立影像的收藏、研究、展映和交流。



伊比利亚当代艺术中心位于北京市朝阳区798 艺术区，建筑面积为4000 多平方米，是798 艺术区最具影响力和最大的艺术机构之一，内设展示空间、影院、影像档案馆、多媒体阅览室、影像工作坊、图书资料室、学术报告厅、咖啡馆、艺术商店等。此外，中心还在798 周边地区设有国际驻地艺术家工作室，方便来自国内外的艺术家在北京实施他们的工作计划。



伊比利亚当代艺术中心以年轻一代策展人和批评家为工作团队，他们将以新的知识结构与文化理想来传达自己对中国当代艺术的理解与认识。



《艺术与投资》&《当代艺术与投资》

《艺术与投资》创刊于2006年1月，是国内专业高端艺术类月刊。杂志以专业、冷静的态度关注国内和国际的艺术市场动态，理性梳理、分析艺术财经，以独到的嗅觉和眼光推介真正具有市场价值的艺术门类和艺术作品，并兼顾与艺术投资紧密相关的鉴赏门道，是艺术投资理财公正有素的观察者和导航员。

2007年1月开始，杂志在原有“艺术”、“投资”、“鉴赏”的格局上再辟一册以原创和学术为重心的《当代艺术与投资》，杂志着力于当代艺术的学术性、实验性、跨界性，在中国当代艺术杂志中有着独特的思考和艺术倾向，为一切与当代艺术创作相关的思考、讨论、试验、实践提供开放性平台，是当代艺术媒体中真正独立的思考人和先行者。

As curator of Utopics, the 1th Swiss Sculpture Exhibition in Biel and the Neons public art project in Geneva, Simon Lamunière will focus on these recent experiences with public space to question the scale of art and its visibility. Public space is big, complex and intertwined with different layers of perception. Even its mere reality has expanded with digital technologies. The relation between here and now is overcharged by delocalized information. The constant confrontation between the global and the local perverts the usual sense of scale and the manner one may discover an artwork. This new context allows more intrusive and infiltrating strategies for artists and curators.

Lecturer introduction:
Simon Lamunière (1961, Geneva) is curator of Art|Unlimited during Art|Basel since 2000. He was curator at the “Centre pour l'Image Contemporaine” in Geneva from 1996 to 2003. He conceived the first five Version biennials (from 1994 to 2002). In 1997 he curated the web-site and CD-rom for Catherine David’s Documenta X and codirected the website for the Museum of Modern Art in Luxembourg (MUDAM) in 2000.
Simon Lamunière is well known for developing new projects which enlarge the usual conception of contemporary art and its diffusion. He has worked on the public space and the architecture, in directing Utopics, the 11th swiss sculpture exhibition or realizing the extension of the Bâtiment d'Art Contemporain in 2004 in Geneva, and on the Neons Project (6 artists created sign lights) in 2007-2009 in Plainpalais.

"perspectives" Academic Lecture Series Introduction

Starting on March, 2010, Academic lecture series "Perspectives" is co-organized by Iberia Center for Contemporary Art and Art & Investment and Contemporary Art & Investment. Artists, curators, scholars, thinkers and philosophers who are vivid and avant-guard in the fields of art, culture and theory from the whole world will be invited to give lectures from their individual perspectives on their fields of study.

"Perspectives" used here is inspired from a western epistemology theory "Perspectivalism" which generally has two explanations in history. One focuses on the characteristic of onesideness of one's knowledge which is inevitably limited by his ways of observing; while another similar to relativism insists on relative truth and concerns on (limited) consciousness, (individual) value judgment and all kinds of problems in reality. The difference of two explanations not exists in their mutual exclusiveness in nature, but in the way of being told positively or negatively. Obviously, after Nietzsche's declaration of "God's Dead", each individual has to take on in a positive and brave way the task of exploring and explaining the world.

On this vision, Academic lecture series "Perspectives" aims to cultivate an audience with critical points of view, by gathering serious academic attitudes, lectures of depth and extent and ideas from all cultural fields. As important cultural platforms in China, Iberia Center for Contemporary Art and Art & Investment and Contemporary Art & Investment take the role of stimulating art creation and its promotion through these high-quality academic lectures and forums.
